1
Berlin's government district. If one follows the blue pipes that can be found almost all over the city, one finds either the river Spree or a construction site.
In the distance is the Berlin television tower.

The brand new Berlin central train station. It cost way too much money and has to be closed during storms because it might collapse.

The Federal Chancellery. The office of chancellor Angela Merkel is in the top left corner.
8
Office of chancellor Angela Merkel. This is probably as close as a normal citizen can get to it.
9
The Reichstag in Berlin is the seat of the federal parliament. The glass dome is open to the public and this day not many people stood in line.
10
The bell tower is donated by Daimler Benz, if I am not mistaken.
11
The "Pregnant Oyster".
12
The congress hall is the seat of the "House of Cultures" and was built in 1956/57 by the USA and given to Berlin as a present. The popular name for this building is "Pregnant Oyster".
13
"Large Butterfly" by Henry Moore.
14
Victory column in the sunset. The popular name is "Goldelse".
